Meet BACESS at TechBBQ 2023

We are excited to announce that BACESS will be participating in TechBBQ, the largest startup and innovation summit in Scandinavia, on September 13 and 14 in Copenhagen. TechBBQ is a great opportunity for us to showcase our biotechnological solutions for sustainable and circular waste management, and to connect with potential investors and partners who share our vision of a greener future. 

We will be exhibiting in the CLEAN area, where we will demonstrate how our Waste2Value solutions can transform organic waste into valuable resources such as sanitized compost which we then can upcycle to a nutrient-rich biofertilizer. We will also show how our Rootzone solutions can treat and recycle wastewater from various industries, such as food production, textile industries and carwash facility, etc. 

In addition, we have been selected to pitch on the main stage, where we will have about 5 minutes to present our innovative solutions to a large and diverse audience. We hope to raise awareness and interest in our bio-circular waste management solutions, and to highlight how they can help businesses improve their ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) performance and goals. 

BACESS’ technology improves ESG 

ESG refers to the aspects of a business that relate to its environmental, social and governance practices. The better a business performs on these three areas, the more responsible it is considered to be. ESG reporting can be voluntary or mandatory depending on the specific circumstances of the business. When Danish businesses publish ESG reports or ESG information as part of their annual report, it is increasingly often a combination of voluntary and mandatory information. 

We believe that our solutions can contribute to responsible and sustainable food production, by reducing waste, emissions and resource consumption, and by enhancing soil quality, water security and biodiversity. We also believe that our solutions can create value for our customers, by generating new revenue streams, reducing operational costs and risks, and increasing their competitiveness and reputation.
